It was in a good spot and clean and very luxurious.

Dryer was not working. They have not put on the bed sheets to any mattress, sheets were in a big bag in the front. When called they said “their policy includes that they do not put bed sheets to the mattresses and its customers responsibility to do so”. However the policy in the booking.com does not state as such. It was not convenient at all to put bed sheets not to mention how its for a bunk bed. It should have been clear on the policy so that we could decide we should book this or not. Lower bed of the bunk bed on the downstairs is very low even a kid can hit the head on the upper bed.

This is a lovely little property, it was clean and warm on arrival. There was a PlayStation and lots of games for the kids. The fireplace had plenty of kindling and wood. There is parking for 1 vehicle off the street.

There is a water leak in the hallway so the carpet is wet. The front door needs a little maintenance as it does not close properly. The linen is an extra charge but you still need to make all the beds yourself, and some of the supplied linen was stained and should be disposed of. We had some communication problems and did not get the door access code until very late. There is no coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper etc supplied.
