LÌlot Beach Chalets

Nice view from the terrace, Large terrace, Interesting project for an apartment. Nice beaches in the area with big waves and also with small ones suitable for children. We found in the neighborhood what we expected from Seychelles.

This is our fifth rented place in Seychelles, different locations. The price is not adequate for the service. Most of the equipment in the apartment is worn out or does not work. When we entered the door, we had the feeling that everything was dirty, we couldn't see through the windows, our feet were sticking to the floor (we understand that this is possible from the proximity of sea water and wind, as well as possible from palm oil), but when we entered the door, at first we wanted to see at least through windows and not feel dirt in the kitchen. We spent six nights in this place. Will we recover, I think not. I believe that it is necessary to invest only a very small part of the income from what the owner earns in order to restore and maintain the service at an adequate price. We wish him success.

after the storm we would have needed a rake, to free the beach from seaweed.

Wonderful amenities, extremely friendly and helpful – truly a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil, green, and relaxing retreat on Mahé Island. In our opinion, staying here has been a much more desirable experience than comparable luxury hotels.

Amazing position on a quiet and relaxing bay

The view is amazing, but not the property, not chalet and not check in. You have enough space but all is not clean, so you think twice before using any part of chalet. All property need renovation.

When we reached chalet, it wasn't cleaned, after cleaning we didn't notice any changes. Owen was hard to reach. We called german guy to get our room and waited for a while. After while we meet Owen. He told us that you don't need mosquito net but everyone in region knows that LÌlot Beach Chalets is hotspot for mosquitos. The TV Subscription wasn't payed, so no fifa world cup 2022. AC was week. All devices need to be replaced.
