The property had everything I needed, it was very clean, cosy and comfortable

Well decorated with everything you need. Great location with both Hemsby and Newport arcades and beach nearby. Right next to the clubhouse but not disturbed by any noise. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.

The chalet was beautiful inside so clean a beautiful decorated we had a lovely stay with our son hemsby is only a short walk away which we enjoyed 🥰🥰 we loved sitting in the sun outside and our son was able to play safely on the grass area outside we would recommend this beautiful chalet to all our friends a will definitely be returning ourselves sometime soon

Excellent stay ,everything you could ask for ,their was an issue with the microwave,message the owners and it was replaced in hours brilliant

Great little chalet electric expensive though

Clean little chalet . Spotless everywhere and plenty of cutlery and a little box with tea and coffee on it.

Totally overpowering smell from the electric plugins and the bathroom toilet blocks. I had to switch them off as they gave me a horrendous headache. The electric meter eats money.. £2.57 on it when I arrived, it was chilly so I popped £3 in and used one of the electric heaters for an hour only on the lowest setting. I checked the meter in the morning and the £3 was used up! I had to put more on it yesterday incase ! When people are on a budget this would put some off I'm sure. Shower, cooker and hot water switches too high for me to reach ( above bedroom door) so couldn't have a shower. Some people like me are smaller and I didn't want to stand on a chair incase I fell ( health n safety) so this needs to be addressed. Bathroom windows don't open at all so the smell from the toilet air freshener just hung about. Far too many spotlights in the lounge area, I counted 12! You only need around 6! I had to use a bedroom lamp for lighting as couldn't bear all the lights on, plus they probably use quite a bit of electricity.

Howard's Retreat is super clean, decor is fantastic, it had everything we needed.

Although the chalet was amazing the Florida site grounds need a lot of work, it is umkept and needs paint and some clean-up.

Our second stay at this lovely chalet. It's a really lovely place, the chalet is very clean, well decorated and comfortable and the park is clean and quiet. There is a small club house but not loads of noise from it. The owners are friendly, communicative and helpful. Will definitely return again.
