Ifrane Chalet

L'endroit est calme. Reposant. L'appartement est confortable et propre. Le personnel est gentil et serviable surtout la dame qui nous a accueilli khadija. Elle nous a bien accueilli avec le sourire et toujours prête à régler les petits désagréments dans les plus bref délais. Elle a été serviable et bien attentionnée envers nous. Je la remercie infiniment.

Tout était parfait

واسعة ومواقف متوفرة كثيرة للسيارات. يوجد شخص في غرفة قريبة من الشقة (اتوقع حارس). قريبة من بقالة ومقهى شعبي (مشي 5 دقائق) يوجد سجادات وعلامة لاتجاه القبلة. يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه وهذه ميزة يندر تجدها في المغرب.

يوجد رائحة كريهة جدا في دورة المياه وهذا سبب التقييم المنخفض. يبدو انه بسبب عدم تركيب الكرسي بشكل مناسب. العمارة معزولة نوعا ما ومظلمة في الليل. طريقة تسجيل الدخول غير مناسبة لانه حساب بوكينج عند شخص يختلف عن الشخص المسؤول عن بيانات تسجيل الدخول. الشخص المسؤول عن حساب بوكينج لايرد بعد معرفته بدخولك للشقة. باب الجلسة الخارجية مقفل ولايمكن فتحه !!

- I’ve stayed in this property before and it used to be good and cheaper. Right now it’s more expensive but the quality went down unfortunately. I was disappointed by many facts during our short stay especially that this chalet is the most expensive in the city.

- It gets really cold in Ifrane specially in the evening and since the chalet is spacious it takes a lot of time for the place to get warm. Before checking in I contacted the host to make sure that the heaters were on specially because of my parents that are old and can’t stand the cold weather. The host confirmed that it was on but once I reached the place was freezing. I had to call her she came and she said it was supposed to be working. She only had access to the switch and even after putting it on it was still cold . There was no blankets and my parents felt cold that made me regret booking this place. I texted the owner via booking to inform her about the inconvenience. Since having a warm place in Ifrane is something very basic however I got no response or even an apology as the money was already deducted by Booking which is not professional from the owner . Moreover there was no enough towels for everyone as we were 5 occupants . Moreover it was not possible to access the outdoor area where we wanted to have breakfast since it’s hard / impossible to unlock the door in addition to that all the outdoor seats looked dirty and already packed .

Last minute request for wedding certificate or proof of marriage. One Air condition for the whole apartment.

The Chalet was exactly as per the photos and descriptions, very clean, and we found everything we were looking for

Nothing to mention
