- location - hot tub

- hot tub heavy cover with no system to manage - fire alarm that randomly started up - no hair drier available - heating radiator making a water dipping sound when on - tv connection not working and no wifi available (why have streaming apps if no internet is available?) - no staff available or phone signal during our stay - price is overated vs whats on offer. Would reccomand Forest Holidays instead. Much much much better value for money.

How clean it was and comfortable

Didn't think it was worth £465 think it was worth a little less than that . There was no WiFi in the chalet only by reception and we never seen anyone in reception.
