"A perfect place"

Will be back - very comfortable beds although the single bed room door couldn’t close as the bed was over the door way,

"Was a cool place to stay, plenty of room, comfy beds, within a stone throw to the shops."

Very close to town, had a lovley warm fire with fire wood, nice kitchen , comfy beds!

Bathroom was a bit dated which was fine but the shower tiles needed a good scrub. Also only has one toilet which if your staying upstairs is quite a pain.

"Fantastic Hanmer Springs Family Holiday"

Fantastic location, close to everything! Lovely warm holiday home. The heat pump was on when we arrived which was nice and there was plenty of wood for the fire. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets and pillows and it had all the essentials we needed as well as extras that are often missing at other places like paper towels and baking paper. The TV had all the apps with Netflix and sky so we could watch the rugby and movies which was great!

Booking.com had sent us the wrong code for the lock box.

Fantastic location, spacious house.

It would have been useful to have some wall hooks or areas to hang coats/wet clothes as it was wet when we were there.

Very spacious and fire all set up ready to go. We liked the cosy couches and the blankets - we enjoyed watching a movie together and relaxing in the living room area.
