A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that from December to April inclusive, except on Wednesday evenings, the property offers breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner with a bottle of wine. During the summer months, the property is self-catered.
