Simon beach house Los Cristianos

The host was so friendly and made us feel so welcome by coming to meet us. Right above a supermarket and surprisingly quiet inside! Kitchen had everything and we really appreciated that there was soap, cooking oil, salt, coffee filters, etc etc. there’s even a bookshelf with leftovers in many languages!

Only thing I would say is that the pull out sofa is incredibly uncomfortable, and also a cupboard in the kitchen was off its hinge. Small things from age.

Very quiet but had everything we needed

The apartment complex is surrounded by great amenities, a supermarket, bar/cafe, pharmacy and lovely Mexican restaurant on the doorstep. Loads more across the road! It's a 15 minute walk in to town and beaches. Bus station 5 mins away. Quiet area, great scenery with mountains behind. Pool is clean and outside the door. Apartment was comfy, clean and had all we wanted. Nicholas, the host, met us to show us the apartment and was available to answer any questions we had.

Only minor niggles were that there was only air-con in the bedroom so it was very hot in the lounge late afternoon time. A fan would be good! Also, it's a mainly residential complex so no sunbeds by pool. There are deckchairs in the apartment but nothing to lie out on other than your towel, if you want to!

1) sockets coming out of the wall 2) air conditioning machine loud and broke half way 3) sewage smell coming from the bathroom repeatedly 4) no toilet paper, no extra towels, no soap, no hand-wash 5) apartment is in a busy complex, with lots of neighbours and loud dogs

Good location with market right outside and plenty of parking. Comfortable bed and all the amenities to self cater.

Plug socket came away from wall leaving exposed wires. Certains are very thin and let to much light in at night. A/C machine is extremely loud wear earplugs if you want it on at night

Apartment is located in a residential complex with a nice, clean swimming pool. There is a well equipped and very affordable supermarket just under the building. Also the main bus station is located only 5 min by foot and the Los Cristianos beach approx. 15 min by foot. Apartment was clean and pretty, with good wifi connection and many local channels in TV. Also fully equipped - towels, spices, first aid kit, cloths, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, it really had everything. The owner, Nicolas, was super friendly and replied fast to our questions.
