La ubicación no estaba mal y tenía supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca.

La entrada con el coche era muuuy estrecha y en una calle sin salida, por lo que era bastante difícil maniobrar. Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado, solo había aparato en el salón y en las normas de la casa te especificaban que si ponías el aire más de la cuenta te lo cobrarían...En las habitaciones había ventiladores, todos medio rotos y apenas se notaba que dieran aire y muchas cosillas rotas (cajones en los armarios, los adoquines de la piscinas rotos con mucha arenilla por el fondo...etc). En general un poco mediocre la verdad. En las fotos parece otra cosa que no se ajusta con la realidad. Yo no repetiré y no lo recomiendo la verdad.

Das Haus hat auf den ersten Blick Charme, doch dieser verfliegt schnell. Die Einrichtung ist stark abgewohnt: Couch und Sessel eklig verdreckt und dadurch nicht nutzbar, Ventilatoren alt, mobile Heizungen stehen im Sommer störend herum. Die Alarmanlage war funktionslos, was kein gutes Gefühl hinterlässt. In den Schubladen lag loser Krempel und Verpackungsmaterial, was den ungepflegten Gesamteindruck verstärkte. Der Pool war überchlort und alkalisch, hatte hier Teststreifen gekauft um das objektiv zu bewerten – nach unserer Meldung wurde zwar reagiert, aber die Einschränkungen blieben bis zum Ende bestehen. Offenbar gehört die Wasserpflege nicht zur regulären Wartung. Küchenutensilien waren schmutzig, die Klimaanlage beschränkt sich auf das Wohnzimmer und reicht nicht für das ganze Haus – ein Detail, das in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich war. Zusätzlich gab es großflächigen Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke. Man erkennt, dass das Haus einmal schön renoviert wurde, aber die Instandhaltung wurde offensichtlich vernachlässigt. Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre manches hinnehmbar – bei über 400 €/Nacht in der Hauptsaison ist das jedoch nicht akzeptabel. Einzig das nahegelegene Meer hat den Urlaub letztlich gerettet.

Good location in winter, no moscitos around

Not clean house dirty furniture, lack of kitchen equipment, gate not working on remote fixed two times during the stay but still have open manually. No aircond means cold in winter even there is electric radiators. Ground in back of premises broken, our one year grandson had to be kept away. Lack of winter bed ware only singel sheets for beds. No place for shoes or jackets, needed in winter, only place to put it is kitchen or Livingroom.

It was perfect for our family of 4 with my parents. The kids loved the pool and it was close to restaurants that we like and Aldi for groceries, the beach and town.

Beds not the most comfortable but that's always the way in holiday rentals.
