"The hosts need to address the ant problem. Property is too far away from Yosemite."

The beds were great but not the pillows. The view was beautiful. The jacuzzi was nice especially after long hikes. Lots of towels for showering and the jacuzzi.

There were ants crawling out of the sugar and on the main island. Any food was an attractant. There were ants in the master bedroom. I let the host know and no response. We could not turn the lights on the garage off and they disturbed our sleep in the master bedroom at night.

Exceptional place and 10 points are by far not enough. If you dream about a wooden house in the country side this amazing house is very close.

Unfortunately we booked only one night and couldn't stay longer.

"Wonderful lodge near to Yosemite"

Wonderfully crafted and decorated wooden log lodge with views of the surrounding mountains, it is like something out of the TV drama Yellowstone. Ideal location to relax and enjoy the views and only about an hour's drive from Yosemite. Near (20 minutes) to the town, Oakhurst, that has grocery shops, restaurants, bars, fast food takeaways. Worth visiting to stock up before driving to the lodge. Benefited from having a hot tub next to the lodge where you can admire the vista sipping a glass of wine. This lodge is quality and perfect for a relaxing time near to the Yosemite attractions. Lodge had all the kitchen and washing facilities to cook your own food and wash your clothes. Loved the open plan living room and kitchen plan. Lodge offers fast WiFi but the phone signal is poor.

absolutely amazing place ! we were here for 3 nights, it was nice and cozy, fully equipped and the beds were so comfortable the only bad thing about casa oak Is that you don’t want to leave!
