"Clean, comfortable house with a helpful host"

Location was good, just outside Zabljak and walking trails started from close by. Nice views from the balcony and the outdoor terrace. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Wine, juices and fruit on arriving which was a lovely touch. Coffee machine good too Didn't meet the host but he was responsive, helpful and provided restaurant recommendations Washing machine was a bonus and large drying rack helpful

The stairs to upstairs are steep and there is no handrail. Ok in shoes or with barefeet but slippy in socks. Lots of building work happening in the area. Didn't affect the enjoyment of the stay at the apartment but will change the feel of the area in time.

Everything! Perfectly located for the black lake (trekking from the ski station), cosy. Filip, the owner is incredible giving tips & tricks on everything. The wine on the table, the juices and beers in the fridge, excellent coffee. We were sad to leave!

"Great stay!"

A beautiful new house. It's decorated with great taste! We were welcomed by his mother. She speaks little english but she has such a warm personality that we felt very welcome! The refrigerator was filled, there where sweets and fruit. We liked it very much that there was a washingmachine. The cottage has a central location. It's nearby Dormitor park. In the village you can drink coffee by Shambhala Bakery. A great place for pastry and bread!

We missed an easy chair to sit outside, there is only a picnic bench. The stairs to the bedrooms are decent, but we missed a handrail.

Everything was great! The owner met us upon check-in. The house had everything you need, air conditioning, heaters, washing machine, all kitchen appliances. The house was very clean. Wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue were prepared. Great location in a quiet area with mountain views. 20 minutes by car to Djurdjevica bridge and Tara river canyon. 20 minutes by car to the walking route to Bobotov Kuk. Near hiking trails for walks in the forest and in the mountains. One hour walk to Black Lake.

"Can recommend to anyone who is able to use stairs."

Cozy cabin. Great facilities. Nice yard with parking opportunity. The hosts were super nice.

The bed was very hard.
