log cabin was excellent and its view was great

the shower didn’t close properly and there was a constant water waste

the rustic look and games room

the spring of our mattress was coming through and there were no dish towels or matches in the kitchen to switch on the stove also stairs are pretty steep

The cabin design is very neat. I found it very clean too and good location

The host/hosts do not speak English so making it hard to explain the bill payment as their credit card machine wasn’t working. We tried again at end of trip with 4 different cards. They told us it was our cards. They worked all over chile. I asked the other guests and they had same issue. They used the card on booking.com and overcharged us for 3 hours of late checkout that we had only asked for the cost per hour. Wasted so much time to get this sorted since we tried on 2 attempts. The initial host Wendy was very nice. On our second attempt to pay and checkout, the new host said ok for 1300 , late checkout. Normally at noon. no problem. All 3 of us understood this. But then she changed her mind and said 12. She Would not even consider allowing us to stay the extra hour as a customer courtesy for the days ,hours wasted trying to pay with our cards. Also they were never around. The cleaner is very nice. Wifi didn’t work for a day either. The cabins were very cute. Steep stairs to bedroom though. Good location. Clean.
