We had communicated our expected Arrival time. On arrival there was no one available to meet us or to show us where the room is and to hand us the Key. We eventually aroused the next door Neibourwhow had a diffrent cell phone No of the host and made contact with them. We had paid Booking .com in full at the time of making the Reservation . However the Hoste was not informed and was expecting us to pay them directly, The Bookings . com recept read BKG Hotel at Boo . The Host did not recognize this as payment
