The house is beautiful but inside it is noisy and not soundproof at all.
USThe space and and amenities of the home were nice. We enjoyed the spa and sauna and the views can’t be beat!
The beds-especially in the primary bedroom were extremely uncomfortable. Very hard to sleep. Also as mentioned in other reviews, the parking is extremely tight and it was a group effort every time we needed to move our rental van in and out if the property. Not sure there is a solution for this but it’s inconvenient for sure.

- First off all you need to know that they have deposit 2000 PLN for house. I got them back only after week. - Secondly if you are driving with big car it could be difficult to drive till house. House drive in has narrow road and 90 degrees turn. - Third and this is most important! When we check in house all was dirty. They forgot to make cleaning before our drive in! I write them and they promised that cleaning lady will be after 20 minutes. But she came after more than 1 hour. She cleaned upper floors but all ground floor left dirty. After all this situation they only left us bottle of wine. Sorry but this is not mistake this the only you need to do when guest arrive clean house! - Fourth in kitchen you can find many old kitchen electronic devices but half of them didn’t work. - Also tv in ground floor wasn’t working. - No oil in kitchen and pretty old pans and pots. After all this we got feeling that previously this was living house and they just decided to rent it to make money. Yes it is big house and good price but house needs some refreshing and more accurate management.
LTThe size and design of the house are perfect for a larger family or group of friends. Jakuzzi and sauna were the highlights of each hard day at the ski slopes and functioned seamlessly. The house was very warm, but we were tempted to try the fireplace and found that it works perfectly and lets no smoke inside. Using the fireplace was a mistake :-), as the house has gotten very hot quickly, those who like higher temperatures will find it handy. For us, it was a bit too hot :-) to be used often. We found pool table and table soccer very entertaining, and our younger generation would spend hours playing downstairs. And last but not least, the views from the house are amazing, and as we were blessed with loads of snow, we experienced the picturesque Christmas and New Year's atmosphere that we came for. We loved every day spent at Rezydencja Dolisiówka SPA Premium and were sad to leave. Will definitely return again.
The entrance to the driveway to the property is quite tricky in snowy conditions, as it is at a steep angle and a 90-degree turn. Those with 2-wheel drive cars will struggle if there is a lot of snow like we had. Even with our 4WD cars, as it was snowing every single day, we had to clean the snow and spread some sand over that corner a few times a day, which was a 10-minute job. Having said that, most properties in the mountains have tricky entrances, so this is not something unexpected, just be aware of this.
