The staffs were exceptional and attentive to evtry requests and ensure that we were kept happy. Food requirements made were made without any compromise or extra charges.

Washrooms are small and very uncomfortable commodes. Maintenance was ongoing, and hence, the shower wasn't working either.

Resort management itself very bad behaviour. I have never had such a bad situation in my life liie this..... Don't trust this resort management. Worst resort...

The stay at Anandavana Jungle Resort in their Igloo Tent was a first time experience which was unique and enjoyable. Scenic location, cool weather, quiet and peaceful surroundings made it a great place to relax. Mr Dinil who manages the place was extremely helpful and a fantastic host. The group interaction during the evening fireplace organized by him was great fun and very memorable !

The ambience was really nice. Well maintained resort. The food was really good.

- Staff are very cordial and helpful - The location of the property is excellent - set deep inside the jungle - Excellent view of Mannavan shola mountains from the property - Climate surrounding the property is excellent, quite cold during winter - Restaurant is available on the property and the food is excellent - I booked it during the new year eve, and the property provided an excellent vibe including new year fireworks and music. Overall, enjoyed the stay a lot

- Lack of dedicated staff to cater for the guests. More staff are required - As per information provided by staff, the property used to have a better garded and more vegetation, but at present those are reduced post Covid. The stay would have been more enjoyable, if the flowers and garden are restored.
