First for Koyna Nagar as a Destination: 1. It is Raw, upcoming and very Natural, so expect nothing, if you are a TOURIST, this might not be an ideal vacation for you, but if you are a TRAVELER, this is going to be your Vacation 2. There is a specific time when you will actually enjoy this place i.e. June Mid - Jan Mid Now coming to Wind Chalet as a Host: 1. Definitely not a 3 star experience, IT IS NOT, basic things are scarcity, for the Hotel and Place 2. Food was above Average but quantity was VERY LESS, since we tasted food from the MTDC resort and that one's better 3. Facility wise both the Attendants were sincere and up to mark on their norms, but and this review comes both as Traveler and Tourist - SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY YET NO MAINTENANCE & ROOMS NOT CLEANED EVERYDAY (PROACTIVELY) 4. Bed was not at par, neither were the sleeping arrangements, curtains also need improvement, water force was not enough, AC was old & Groggy, and at times not cooling enough Now all these reviews are from a Tourist point of View EXCEPT ONE. For a Traveler who loves exploring this is like a Trekkers heaven, with places like MTDC and SRUSTI. Bring your own car, I know the last 2 miles will be a test, but that will be a Good Test for you as a Driver and your Car's endurance. P.S. - DO NOT MISS THE SUNSET, The Best one is from the Boating Point

Location is absolutely amazing. Food is good. Totally worth staying.

The Wi-Fi is just too bad. And it’d be nice if the property had a cycle or something since it’s quite remote from anything. Also, the pricing initially they quoted 750 for the third person, and in 5 min, called and bumped it up to 1250, and that price is not justified.

Best resort.

Breakfast and food were very good. You will always get hot and fresh food. Host is very cooperative. The location of the resort is exceptional. Being rainy seasons, we could enjoy scenic beauty from the balcony. Hills, clouds, climates, all made our trip excellent.

Resort is on top of hill and request travellers to get location from resort in advance. Otherwise, google map can misguide one. Otherwise, location is good.
