The support was really active at first, but when we needed the code for key box, 1:30h messaged later. So we waited next to apartment, only this. Everything besides that was good.

The property was spacious.

My only disappointment was that I booked the property going by the pictures. But pictures are mixed of all the apartments. It was importannt for us to have a open spacious balcony, we did have balcony but it was obstructed side view of the lake, for that we compromised on the stairs ( lot of stairs) thinking at least we get the full view. Wish it was made clear , we would have made a different choice. But it was 2 bedroom spacious apartment, very clean. Bathroom has no ventilation so had a odor but it was clean. Keep in mind the kitchen is extremely small , we were planning to cook but did not. Stove is not very powerful it took us forever to toast the bread. It is good they have kitchen for very basic stuff but no place to prepare. Both room on top floor that we had are spacious , clean and well kept.

At night the heaters were not working. But, they had a portable heater. We used that.

No entiendo que baño privado se refiera a tener que salir del dormitorio por un pasillo a un cuarto de baño. De haberlo sabido indudablemente no lo habría contratado. Debería especificarse que el baño no está dentro del dormitorio. Y eso de habitación de 20m²....en fin

Szep volt a kilatas, bekes, nyugodt kornyezet. Tiszta szoba es furdoszoba.

A szallassal a kommunikacio docogos volt. A furdoszoba ajtajat nehezen lehetett zarni.

Gostei da área do apartamento e da sua localização. Realmente as vistas sobre o lago são fantásticas.

Não gostei dos colchões (talvez a precisarem de substituição), da inexistência de persianas ou black-outs em algumas janelas,

The location is excellent, with very nice surroundings. The apartment was clean, and there is convenient parking right in front of the building.

The main issue was that the photos of our actual room were placed at the very end of the listing, and the room we got was quite different from what was shown. There was no panoramic lake view or balcony like in the photos, only a small window with a view of the lake. The stove shown in the listing was also not present, so it felt like a different unit. Since there was no way to choose the exact room, the overall value for money felt too random. In addition, the soundproofing was poor, the neighbor's door were very noisy, and the building corridor had a strong smell of cats.

Great view - out of town Centre but still good access to the lake.
