Chalet Descansar op de Veluwe

Our stay at Chalet Descansar op de Veluwe was absolutely fantastic! It started with easy and smooth communication with the host via Booking. When we arrived, everything was clean and fresh and it was very easy to check in with the park reception. The host even set up a children's camping bed and highchair for us! The chalet was spacious and vey modern in comfort and decorations. We were with 4 adults, a baby, and a dog. Everything we needed was available. The second bedroom is quite cozy, but that is clearly communicated in the photos and share beforehand, so no surprises there. There were even extra towels and large pots and pans for cooking. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is in the corner of the park, right next to the forest. We were able to walk everyday in the forest and enjoyed the nature and seeing animals. The location was also close to the big cities, which we did not go to, but everything is close by. This is definitely a location I would recommend and I would definitely stay again! We did experience that while showering, there was a lot of water leaking out of the shower. This meant you needed to soak it up after the shower.... but this has been shared and the host is looking into it!

Mooie chalet aan de rand van het bos. Hij staat op een erg leuke camping waar erg veel te doen is. Onze dochter van 5 heeft zich erg vermaakt. We hadden erg geluk met het weer. Meerdere dagen rond de 30 graden. Maar gelukkig zat er een goede airco in het chalet. Dus bij thuiskomst de deuren van de slaapkamers open. Airco een half uurtje aan en het was weer heerlijk koel in het huisje. Het contact met de verhuurster was ook erg fijn. Ze dacht meteen mee en altijd erg vriendelijk. Aan alles is gedacht. Spelletjes, boeken, kruiden, koffie en thee. Heel erg fijn en voelde ook echt wel als thuiskomen.

Aantal dingen zijn aan vervanging toe, maar zoals de verhuurster al vermelde ook, gaat dit vernieuwd worden in september, maar al met al geen nare ervaringen.

The property is perfect for families. They have a playground, swimming pool and a clothes washing center which is much needed with kids. The location is great and about an hour by car to many big cities.

Very nice and clean, fully equipped. The location is amazing and very cozy. I totally recommend it.
