"We couldn’t sleep there and we left on the same day."

Location is good

Small house was dirty. Kitchen is unusable. Only toilet is fine. We paid an extra bed for baby and we got 2 bunk beds and one single bed. Baby cannot sleep alone. She is not an adult.
