GBThe lodge was situated in the most beautiful quaint little village. The site itself was very peaceful and clean. The lodge was lovely , equipped with everything you need, essentials and lovely extras like DVDs, coat hangers, hand soap, small towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our experience from start to finish and as we took a (big) dog as well she definitely approved of the cost caran and we found all the surrounding trails and Forrest walks fantastic. The kids loved the small onsite park and although we didn't need to use it there is a laundrette on site too. Jamie (the lodge owner) was always quick to reply with any questions we had and made the whole experience so easy! We will definitely be back!

GBNice property with good bathroom/washroom facilities. Nice kitchen, reasonably well stocked. Good outside area. V nice caravan site, well maintained.
Outside fencing could do with an upgrade. Couple of panels came off during our stay.

The standard of cleanliness was very poor. The bedding was creased, didn't appear to be freshly washed and the buttons on duvet cover were not done up. Two of the single beds were broken and sagged so badly in the middle, my daughter had difficulty sleeping. One of the bedroom reading lights didn't work and the light in the living room flickered. We were unable to light the cooker despite multiple attempts and the dail kept falling off. Dishes had been left stacked in drying rack, the cutlery was dirty and there was only one wine glass. A used tissue and socks were lying under one of the beds.
