Travelling with family. 2 adults, 2 Kids. Hospitality and service was Top Top Top level. All were as described! Very large rooms and very clean. I would highly recommend this place for families!

The food was amazing.Sam did take care for everything we need! they have a dog even.you can play with him all day. very clean,manager and staffs are very friend and helpful.the location is perfect.among those tea trees

Old tea factory full of character and surrounded by tea plantations. The staff were welcoming and kind, and were helpful in responding to queries. Lovely rooms with a very nice lounge area for visitors to use during their stay.

Phenomenal service throughout our stay from our host. The bedroom and bathroom is very spacious, clean and smells nice! Plenty of hot water, and very good water pressure too! The food at the restaurant was excellent as it was all made to order, our host told us to mention what we wanted for breakfast and dinner, prior to eating, in order for the chef to prepare. This ensured that our food was made freshly throughout! Our room offered a beautiful view of the tea plantation fields and we had a communal spacious terrace that also offered a beautiful view! Definitely the best stay that we had in Sri Lanka!

Great stay. Really well located for Hatton and the Tea Country and only an hour away from Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak) Characterful and spacious accommodation. The staff were excellent: friendly; hospitable; and very helpful Meals were delicious - recommend both breakfast and evening meal

Would have been better if the hotel provided overnight driver accommodation
