Great views, warm, and lovely inside. Bed was also very comfy and had a nice sleep

Boiler made loud random noises through the night that would wake us. Also had trouble finding the property but couldn't get through to the owners after calling a few times

I like the location I’m from the area originally and it was where I needed to be to catch up with family. Secure parking (necessary in Belfast). On frequent bus route to town Walking distance to Bellevue Arms, Glengormley centre and zoo. Chalet was roomy and warm. Decent tv and comfy sofa.

No wifi and poor phone service in the area meant had to go outside to make calls and send/receive messages. This has been mentioned in other reviews and the guest book. Shower head wouldn’t stay attached to wall fitting so had to hold it to avoid soaking the place Great pressure tho. Bed creaks like mad with every movement My worst phobia - slugs. Chalet has a wooden floor and two small slimy critters near kitchen area freaked me out a bit. Adjacent M2 motorway hums more than I thought it would

The accommodation is a wooden building (chalet) in the back garden of a detached house. There was no way to lock the door of the chalet. There is a very limited view of Belfast Loch, through the large garden trampoline. The chalet was a little cramped and the floor is subsiding. The bathroom could do with renovation. The owners are building an extension onto their home, so there was a bit of a building site next to us. Luckily, we were there only for 1 night and it was an excellent location for catching an early Stena ferry, a 10 minute drive away. The parking was behind electric gates, so felt that the car was parked in a safe place.

The sofa wasn't all that comfortable, the floor is subsiding and the bathroom needs renovating. The kitchen offered limited resources, as I guess, the owners believe you would eat out all the time. They may be correct in that assumption, however, I like to have the option and only eat out occasionally. Felt very overlooked, no privacy.
