Very well-equipped lodge in peaceful surroundings. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen very modern. Lovely to have wrap-around porch and seating outside. Handy to have three bathrooms also. Owner good to deal with and happy to answer any queries. Lodge is also within walking distance of Aldi supermarket and local town which is lovely too.

Bathrooms in need of upgrade. Very low water pressure in main bathroom upstairs. Mildew on tiles and shower screen. Hot water has to be turned on manually at boiler unit. Porch outside could’ve been cleaner.

The lodge was perfect, very comfortable, quiet and the deer In the mornings and evenings was lovely to see.

Not a lot to do in the town, had to travel around, but the little towns around and the views were really nice.
