no direct access from ferry and need add 4x4 transport - totally inconvenient and expensive

"Perfekte Strandhütten"

Die Lage ist unschlagbar man ist direkt am Strand und kann nachts die Wellen rauschen hören. Es gibt sowohl Ventilator als auch Klimaanlage. Sogar einen Kühlschrank und es gab immer Wasser. Wir waren vorher in einem doppelt so teuren Hotel wo es nur eine Stunde am Tag Wasser zum Duschen gab! Das Personal war super hilfreich und hat uns geholfen noch Tickets für die ausgebuchte Fahre zu bekommen. Der Wäscheservice war super.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Einzige Anmerkung ist dass die Telefonnummer nicht stimmt die auf dem Schild angezeigt wird. Wir mussten erstmal über Booking suchen und probieren bis wir die richtige Nummer hatten.

"Overall a good stay"

Self check in was quite easy, with picking up the key from central location. The room was clean on arrival, though fixtures were not new. Beds were quite comfortable. AC worked. Fridge was cold. Hooks on back of door and clothesline in front to hang wet clothes. Hot water mostly worked fine, though water pressure and sink were not awesome. Good towels were provided. Hot water kettle was good. The view and location are wonderful -- open the door and you're on the beach!

However, the downside of everything being self check in was that there was no personal service. Anything you needed you either needed to find someone around in the main building or message by WhatsApp. This included any needs like toilet paper. Little was communicated about where to take trash, etc. There were no additional trash bags in the room. The service at some other beachfront properties seemed like it could be better.

"Wonderful location but..."

The location is really great - 10 out of 10! In addition, a guy brought us coconuts every day. AC was fully reliable.

The major issue we had was that we got some fleas which is after 10days still a problem. I didn't felt the issue was properly recognized and handled after I informed the manager (who ignored me in the end at all).
