The location, the staff and value for money.

this is a great little place to stay for 2 people. comfortable bed upstairs, and sofa/kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Jay is a fantastic host and quickly responded to both my requests. The location is great - easy walking to the NP and also for the 101 bus for exploring along the coast.

the aircon in the bedroom is not the most efficient.

The location is very close to Penang National Park and the beach. It is also around 4 minutes drive away from Escape Penang. The acommodation is a double storey detached cute little house. You'll get the whole house to yourself. The host lives just nextdoor so it is very convenient to check in. The house has everything that you'll need for a short stay. There is a double bed upstairs and a pull out sofa bed downstairs so it can conveniently acommodate 4 adults. There's also a small sofa bed/bench kind of thing downstairs that can acommodate a child. The balcony is also rather spacious. You can park the car just next to the acommodation.

There was some smell at the stairs during our stay. But the smell did not spread to other areas so it did not really affect our stay.

Not suitable for family....but for bagpacker its very good to stay here...
