"We would stay again"

Friendly staff. Easy to access. Full kitchen. Separate bedroom. . We would definitely stay again. Cafe on site was a bonus and beautiful gardens to stroll through

It's hard to get contact with staff, but this may have been due to it being a public holiday.

"Exceptional"

The chalet was fantastic! Great view overlooking some hills and bush. Had everything you needed in it! The cafe was great and the gardens immaculate.me and my partner had the pancakes and they were hot and the banana was not overcooked(that's hard to do properly)great amount of syrup! Staff were wonderful and had no issues at all!

The only thing I would say is that it was a wee bit musty in the chalet when I arrived. But I just aired it out for a bit and it was fine!

Location the accommodation and cafe being on the same site and to add to that a beautiful garden centre to shop at. 😀

Think it would be a great idea to have the Chalet number on a wall that you can see when driving in.

"Nice location and grounds. You do have to pay to see the gardens. Spacious rooms. But really only caters for 2 people no"

Spacious tidy mostly clean Each chalet is separated which is nice The on site cafe/ restaurant is very good Electric blanket was great for the very cold weather

Stayed for 4 nights. There was nobody to help check in. Knocked on every door we could.?There is no after hours method of checking in that is set up. Staff do not answer phone or emails. Supposed to have wifi but that only lasted 2 days and then tv also stopped working. Toilet bowl needs a dose of strong bleach. Bathroom floor absolutely ice cold. Needs a mat. Each chalet caters for 3 people but we had only 2 breakfast bowls and 1 teaspoon . Only 1 towel per person and 1 bath mat towel for the 4 nights stay. The mattress on the sofa bed for the 3rd person very thin and just passable .. certainly couldn’t take a heavy person.
