Villa ManaOra

The location is beautiful. The bungalows are very nice. Didn't have any issue with bugs. Facilities are clean. Ingrid, the host is one of the best I have dealt with. Extremely helpful and personable

Absolutely nothing. The place can be a little hard to find but that isn't a big issue.

Ingrid was so friendly and welcoming! She made us feel write at home. The garden is beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We particularly loved the cat Shaman! We defiantly will be back!

I loved the immediate response from the owner, Ingrid. She is super responsive to all requests for information and help. The bungalow is beautifully built and very clean. It has everything you need to be right at home. The gardens and pool are gorgeous and well looked after

The road access to the property is by dirt road, so hopefully one day the road will be sealed.

We loved being away from Papeete and in a less populated part of Tahiti. We also, however, enjoyed being in the vicinity of Taravao to have access to restaurants, grocery store, etc. It was a great location to explore the island. Ingrid was the quintessential host. A great communicator, friendly, and enormously helpful before and during our trip. Our bungalow was well furnished and amply supplied. We had all the privacy we needed. Definitely need/want to have a car at this location as well as for exploring the island. 

Nothing!

Ingrid, our hostess, was wonderful. She is friendly and fun, and clearly cares about her guests, She taught us some French and we helped her with her English, though I have to say her English is way better than our French. :) The villa was comfortable and clean. This was a great place to base ourselves while exploring the southern Tahiti.

Cars passing on the dirt road adjacent to the villa were a bit noisy, but there were not that many passing by so all in all not a problem.

everything was set up to make you feel great and have a good time

heaps of mosquitos but this is nature !

The pool was wonderful to cool off during the heat of the day.

Not having air conditioning took some getting used to.

nice garden with a pool and all lush green ;-) lovely cat wich always stops by to say hello and wild chicken running around on the property.

bit noisy with traffic during the day but no problem at night.

Total autonomy in a house within a generous green space of a tropical garden. Although 50 km from the main city of Papeete the ManaOra villas are in the middle of a Taravao, a quiet and self sufficient province, in the middle of the island routes. The hosts, Ingrid and Fabrice will help your orientation in the specificity of Tahitian life, habits and geography. As it is written on the threshold of my bungalow: Le paradis c'est ici. And I confirm it is there...

No complains... Only the smugy feeling that again I had a good sense to choose the right place.
