The location is really nice - inside Zakopane, 10 minutes by car from city center. There are also major tourist destinations nearby. The house itself is situated far away from other houses, so you can enjoy true privacy of a house. The house is well equipped, especially for coffee lovers - lots of ways to make coffee. The view from the terrace (which is btw equipped with an infrared heater) is, frankly, out of this world. There were some toys for our kids to play, a child bath and a high chair. The master bed is really high and comfy (as opposed to what previous reviewers posted).

The heating on the second floor wasn't functioning, so we had to crank up the heat on the first floor and start the fireplace, in order not to freeze to death during our first night. When we reported this to the host, they said they will contact the house owner, and then did nothing. When I repeated my question once again - they read the message and ignored me. Awful service! Some of the lights were not working (as previous reviewers said, they were not fixed in months). Also, the price on Booking is higher than one on the property website (by a substantial amount).
