The property is even nicer in real life than in the pictures. Various chillout areas, with swing chairs, hammock, loungers, etc. Constantly cleaned heated pool with panoramic view. Barbeque area with a generous dining space. The fact that the property is partly in a natural cave and the authentic, welcoming design makes the whole stay a unique experience. Good little shop and poncha bar nearby!

Great views, very clean. Equipped with all you need. The house is beautiful. Gilberto is a great host.

Everything about this place was amazing!! There isn’t anything we didn’t like. We spent the majority of our time outside and the pool was perfect. Far exceeded our expectations and would have loved to have spent more time here

Very unique property in an easy jumping off location for any part of Madeira. The facilities of the house were well up to par and added quirky bonuses like a dining room that was a grotto and a pool overlooking a view that could be Positano. Great host on top added to the magic of the place.

Parking was a little tough especially with two cars, would have loved for additional fans as there was not much circulation.

The house was unique and was built into the side of a mountain and had a pool

The pool was dirty as the cleaner wasn't working right. The upstairs shower didn't drain and flooded the bathroom so we had to use the basement shower. The property was next to the main road and was very loud plus the dogs next door would bark like crazy when ever anyone wuld walk by.
