Well designed space with everything we needed for a couple of nights! We loved having the terrace area to sit out on and appreciated the selection of teas and coffees as well as bathroom bits. The host was very thoughtful and welcoming.

Редкий случай, когда размещение превзошло ожидания. Особенно в соотношении цена/качество. Во-первых, сама деревня Мокра Горка вместе с прилегающими природными красотами однозначно стоит посещения. Волшебные, открыточные места. Станция "Шарганской Осмицы" в 500 м. Участок на склоне у небольшой речушки с чистейшей водой. Птицы заливаются. Прекрасная терраса. Дом (мы жили в большом) отлично спланирован. Все по минимуму, но всего хватает. Удобно и добротно. Гостеприимная хозяйка, которая живет на соседнем участке

I reserved this property for my family of three after reading the positive reviews. The room itself was new, clean, and well maintained, and the host was polite and responsive throughout our stay.

Our experience was impacted by two major issues. Early in the morning around 7:10 AM, we discovered that there was no water available in either the bathroom or kitchen. The host informed us that there had been a pipeline leak affecting the village and mentioned she was going out to buy water from a store, suggesting we do the same. While the situation may have been outside the host’s direct control, I do feel there should have been some level of preparedness for such a possibility, especially in a hospitality property — for example, keeping an emergency water tank or backup water supply for guests. The second issue was the mezzanine sleeping area, where access to the main bed required bending significantly due to the low ceiling height, which may not be comfortable for many guests.
