I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach resort, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The location was stunning, with the resort situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and easy access to the sandy shores. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor, which added a touch of elegance to the stay. One of the highlights of the resort was the variety of activities and facilities available. From the inviting swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was something for everyone. The on-site spa was a haven of tranquility, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The dining options were another standout feature. The resort boasted several restaurants, each offering a diverse menu that catered to different tastes. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. While my stay had some positive aspects, there were several areas that left me disappointed: Unclean Bed: Upon arrival, I found my bed was not properly cleaned, and to my dismay, there was a dead lizard on it. This was a significant oversight and quite off-putting. Swimming Pool Cleanliness: The swimming pool was not as clean as expected. There were visible signs of dirt and debris, which made it less inviting for a swim. Kitchen Crockery and Utilities: The kitchen crockery and utilities were not adequately cleaned. This lack of cleanliness in the dining area was quite disappointing. Inconsistent Quality of Villas: During a previous stay at the same resort, I had a much better experience. However, this time, it seemed that the villa I was assigned to was not up to the same standard. It appears that the quality varies significantly between different villas, and unfortunately, the one I stayed in this time did not meet my expectations. These issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. It’s clear that some areas of the resort require more attention to maintain the high standards that I experienced during my previous visit.

The villa needed maintenance for all of its bathrooms. Water leaks everywhere. The pool was dirty to the point where we couldn't even touch it. The beds were not comfortable at all.

The internet signal wasn't good inside and outside the chalet. They need to fix it by contacting STC etc. The nearest services such as restaurants, coffee shops, petrol stations, cinemas, and malls are about 45 minutes away from Waves Compound.
