073 Tiny Home nr Grand Canyon South Rim Sleeps 8

We have booked house for 5+1 and for some reason booking com sent confirmation for two people only however the host sent agreement for the correct number of people and then when I wanted to clarify I have been told that I must pay more. When I sent proof that I have paid for that many people already, the host cancel our apartment and so as a result we have nowhere to stay in the middle of the night. Booking com does not offer any alternative to keep us happy too!!!

The location was very good as it was very close to the park. There was enough space between tiny homes so we didn't have any issues with privacy or noise late at night. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed watching a bit of TV late at night before bedtime.

Unit could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. There was a dead moth smashed on the TV, and the bathroom wasn't as clean we would have liked. We had no hot water the first night, despite (4) adults having tried to work out the shower controls so we had cold showers. The hot water must have been broken because the host was able to fix the issue the next day so we all enjoyed hot showers the second night.

Everything was great, AC and water is a great plus.

The mattress made a lot of noise when moving so it made it hard for my partner to sleep when I adjusted in bed.

Nice little house with everything you need. Well equiped, clean and overall very nice

The hot water takes a long time to come and when it finally comes the water pressure is very low. Nearly impossible to use the shower. We had to take shower with a bucket with hot water from the stove.

The tiny house was clean

The road into the tiny house compound was VERY bad. Small cars would have a problem. Road is rough gravel that is not at all compacted down or leveled. The house itself had NO hot water or water pressure. By the time we got done hiking in the Canyon and back to the house for 4 showers, it was 10pm. Contacted the renter the next morning and someone came out to unscrew the shower head and leave the sandy gravel in our shower base. Not much better with the water pressure. One of the bed box springs was cracked and was EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE to sleep on. Would not recommend this tiny house rental
