We felt instantly at home when we arrived at A Bed & A Red @ Berry’s Creek. The fire was ready to go and we could look out over the lush green paddocks and cows. The living room and kitchenette area was very comfortable and had everything you need (including farm fresh eggs and a bottle of red) The bed was extremely comfortable and warm.

Lovely fresh eggs were there for our breakfast, and everything else we could have needed. In addition there was a bottle of red wine, which we enjoyed by the fire, as it was a cold night. There was plenty of firewood stacked ready for us, and the fire was set, ready to light. The studio was comfortable and the views of green tranquil farmland were delightful. Our hosts were very friendly.

Very peaceful, quiet, relaxing and private. Lovely surroundings with chickens and cows and comfortable bed.

No negatives as loved the place

The location was great- so peaceful, view of rolling hills. Located only 7mins from Mirboo north, 15mins fr Leongatha and 30mins fr Inverloch. Just off main highway so now winding dirt roads to get there. Great to have animals around-dog, chickens, cows, sheep. Steve even went the extent to get hay so our son could feed the cows. He also let us pet the chickens. Owners were very hospitable, helpful and friendly. Bonus that some breakfast supplies were provided- bread, spreads, tea & coffee. Basic cooking facilities-electric frypan, bbq, microwave. The studio is larger than the photos let on! Plenty of room for a family of 3. Loved sitting out the back deck.

The shower tap was very loud and ran out of hot water quickly. Just have to stagger out showers.
