Clubhouse Lakeview Chalet

The peace and quiet.

The driveway was difficult to get out cause it was steep. The snow didn’t help but since I’m from NJ, I’m used to flat surfaces.

We didn't have hot water with in 24 hours it was fixed.

The place was very dirty . I. The silver ware had tmouse poop in it . very dusty and dirty kitchen and floors. Need a new cleaner. Really bad.

The driveway

I love the view, the privacy, the quietness, the place was just perfect. The lakeview was a plus and the fireplace was awesome. All of our expectations were met. The location was perfect. Having the shopping center near by was perfect. We will definitely be going back and recommending this location to my family and friends.

The only thing that I didn't like was that my car gave us a very difficult time getting out of the property due to the snow and ice on the driveway. The driveway is like a hill which made it more difficult. After a long period of trying we managed to get out but it was a challenge. A challenge but it was all worth it. Next time I will bring a shovel with me lol

the location of the chalet was okay it was in a wooded quiet neighborhood. it’s a shame because if he would just pull up the carpet, and replace the dated stained couch it might eliminate the smell and the place would be nice.

the outside property was unkept, the inside has stains on the carpet and furniture and there was a smell of urine and mildew when you walked in the home. see pictures below of the couch in the living room, the floor in the hallway by one of the bedrooms and the front screen door that would not close.
