Pradel Dolomites

Erstmal ein großes Lob an die super netten Gastgeber, welche wirklich immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert haben und sich um alles gekümmert haben. Die Unterkunft war saubere und modern ausgestattet. Gut fanden wir auch den Brötchen Service am morgen. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen.

Einziges kleines Manko war, dass die Sauna echt lange gebraucht hat warm zu werden. Das wurde jedoch dadurch kompensiert, dass wir den Gastgebern eine WhatsApp schreiben konnten m, als wir auf dem Rückweg zur Unterkunft waren und diese schonmal die Sauna für uns angeschaltet haben.

We stayed at the chalet for four nights and had an amazing experience. The property was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We really loved the atmosphere and felt at home the entire time. The staff were absolutely amazing ,friendly, helpful, and always available when needed, which made our stay even better. Overall, we really, really liked this place and would highly recommend it to others. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay - a few more basics would be appreciated - cleaning products, oil, salt, vinegar, napkins. Laundry service was appreciated, obviously have a machine in the room with a family would be a great addition as well as a smart Tv . These things are minor and did not affect our stay whatsoever...

whole place is a kind of fairytale, with a background of the village and the snow.

I would not say I did not like, but more something I would expect to come to excellence. 1. some basic staff for cooking should be there always. (salt, pepper, sugar) it expensive stay so basics need to wait 2. Sauna is working from 3pm, but if you take a key than it can't work, I expected to find warm sauna when I came in from skiing, basically than it turned on.
