Watermill Farm Cottages

Beautiful surroundings and location for exploring into Lincoln or further afield. Lovely hosts (+ friendly dogs!) and the property was well presented and clean. Photos don't do justice; the master bedroom is stunning with the high ceilings! Would not hesitate to book again and recommend to anyone else considering coming to this part of Lincolnshire.

Self catering cottage in a fantastic location (a nice rural location which is what we were after, with a few pubs close by), close to various museums / attractions and the local railway station.

Delightfully, cosy, yet spacious, fully equipped cottage, with use of the large garden and grounds on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and close to the fenlands An ideal central location to explore from. Charming hosts, too. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Serene surroundings, well-kept grounds and clean house. The property was inviting and fresh. The place is slightly remote but there are nearby towns where you have everything, from supermarket to restaurants/takeaways. The best experience was the 10 1/4 gauge real freightliner train ride with all the real 20th century experience.

Had a very enjoyable week in the Stable Cottage. The cottage is well equipped, clean and well presented. It's in an excellent location; an easy drive into Lincoln and well placed for visits to Newark, Southwell, WW2 museum sites and National Trust sites eg Belton Estate & Woolsthorpe Manor. Highly Recommended.
