Pigeon Forge Escape

The cabin was in a wonderful location, there were plenty of places to sleep.

Property was trashed. Literally. Trash laying around everywhere. Floors inside the cabin were sandy and muddy so we cleaned them up on arrival. Holes in all the walls. Toilet paper dispensers falling out of the walls. Every board game advertised in pictures was broken and missing pieces and just tossed into the closet. The hot tub was broken, the pool sticks were broken, the ping pong table was broken, the shuffleboard was broken, the basketball hoop game was broken, the arcade machine was broken, the dishes were all greasy and dirty, toilets were dirty, the grill and patio furniture on both decks are unusable because they stand in water dripping from the gutters that are full of debris. The staff doesn't care or have any intentions of fixing the issues. I was not notified that the entire property was in shambles and for a ruined vacation they offered me $200. I will never rent from bear camp cabin rentals and I highly advise any one thinking of booking through them to avoid them like the plague! Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!!
