The location. The staff was humble and kind 😇

The place needs attention. It needs upgrading to modern times, and the room was leaking. Television was not working, and the room was not cleaned enough to remove the smell of mold. The place doesn't have enough activities. There's clutter pilling up that needs to be thrown away. Didn't take pictures as there was nothing exciting or welcoming.
