"Exceeded our expectations - beautiful cabin"

The cabin was perfect. Very clean (smelt amazing!), and the bed was huge and very comfortable. There were so many nice additions - e.g. homemade cake on arrival, handmade soap, brochures to help plan your visit. The location was great, 10 minute walk into the town but also so peaceful - all you could hear was the birds singing! A couple minutes up the road was a great hike that gave a view over Loch Ness, and other lovely towns next to the Loch were in easy reach. With such a lovely location and outlook the cabin could have been plain, but the owners had put their personal touches into it which made it so much more special.

Not sure how well the WiFi worked - but the cabin had good 4G anyway so wasn’t needed especially when we were there to switch off and relax.

"Absolute haven in Loch Ness."

We had such a lovely 2 night stay at Hill Cottage Cabins. We booked as part of our road trip around Scotland and it was our first non camping destination of the week. The cabin was so cosy and had absolutely everything needed for our stay. It was ideally located for exploring the area and the hosts were just fantastic. the home cooked treats were delicious. It was so clean and the bed was so comfy. Could highly recommend booking.

Privacy, views and comfortable bed. Enjoyed sitting on veranda. Closeness to centre and canal. Watching birds and ducks. Cakes.
