Electric gate not working, Electric fencing not working,AC not working, can't access TV, lighting not working it flickers all the time. There is a slight Electric current when touching the shower taps. Back door not locked, No coffee or sugar or milk on arrival. No salt or pepper. No tea towels, no wiping clothes. Dirty linen. Tried to open the blind and it fell off the wall and hit me.

The house was clean a big

The caretaker was very rude and disrespectful this and how he communicates house rules should be professional. And improve on dinnerware

The location was good The garden and pool were good The beds were comfortable

It rained and the roof leaked inside The taps in the top bathrooms were loose and some didn't work One toilet seat loose, one toilet leaking ONE wine glass only! Dirty dishcloth in the kitchen Beds were poorly made The heavy gate had to be opened manually which we couldn't manage

The house was clean, the sheets where clean too, the pool was clean. The house was spacious great for family and friends vacations

The location of the place was great and the rooms where comfortable.

Firstly the aircorns where not working. There was a garden boy at the property who was also staying there and he had access to the house, keys and all. We did not feel like we had privacy and did not feel safe as he had keys to the house and kept coming in and out. The owner was a bit rude. Not answering calls and we felt like a burden to him. He did not make any effort to tend to our concerns.

The fact that the pool does not have steps to go in a out, it therefore becomes a struggle especially the fact that we are no longer teenagers 😜
