Pour ma part, ce logement ne représente pas les photos affichées, fuite d’eau majeur de la douche du 2ème étage, l’eau coule au rez de chaussée, traces de moisissures bien visible au plafond. Manque d’équipements pour cuisiner. Beaucoup de fourmis vue dans le logement. Je n’y retournerais pas.

L'appartamento è molto carino ed accogliente. Le camere al piano di sopra sono spaziose e luminose, quella al piano inferiore un po' piccola ma adeguata. Zona giorno con spazi e servizi utili.

Odore di scarico quando si entra. Biancheria letti e bagno non molto pulita. Sanitari da risistemare. Alcune luci non funzionanti.

The location of the house is very good in Evora Old Town within walking distance to all the attractions Evora can offer, which is great. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor (1st for UK) are spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is having most of things you may need for a good stay and even cooking if you wish to. There are many original pictures on the walls, most of which we really liked and they actually can be bought contacting the artist. Overall it is a good house to stay.

Everything feels a bit dated and needs a bit of more care and maintenance. It could be just a great property if taken care of. There are a lot of broken objects, which need to be fixed (floor lamp, a door of the wardrobe, kitchen facades etc., the seats in both the toilets move off every time you open the cover and therefore feel unstable). The smell of mould or dump in the bathrooms is quite substantial, so I guess for sensitive people with allergies or breathing problems it can be a a major issue. It is definitely not a place to consider for people with "OCD cleaning". But the thing which we really felt uncomfortable was just a very simple one - there wasn't any soap in the house: neither in bathrooms nor in the kitchen, so we had to provide our own for every sink we used.

Nice apartment. We like everything about it.

The location was excellent to discover all the main attractions of the old town. The free parking at the shadow of the roman aqueduc. The historical house was nicely renovated with lots of cachet. We found everything to eat at the convenient store 2 minutes walk from the accomodation.

Bad sewage smell in the bathroom upstairs. Missing kitchen instruments to cook and to eat (only 2 glasses of wine for 4 persons; in Alentejo a wine region!!
