Die küchenausstattung war gut mit großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierteil. Das Sofa war bequem.

Das Grundstück war in desolatem Zustand (die Terrasse wurde gerade neu verlegt), es gab keine Polster im Aussenbeteich und keinen Esstisch. Die Federkernmatratzen entsprachen nicht dem heutigen Standard.
