Liked the location. It was a nice chalet, spacious. It had what we needed. We were out from morning until night, so we didn't spend much time at the chalet. I cleaned the kitchen, went round with antibacterial wipes, cleaned the dining table, and kitchen surfaces. I got rid of all our rubbish and hoovered the chalet before I left.

Everything you needed for a short break away, enough space for our family and as we had 2 Chalets we were all able to gather together to eat.

The location was nice

The bed settee although we didn't use the bed part was slightly uncomfortable to sit on as I turned the cushions round as the front side were flat.

Fabulous location, close to the beach, a short drive into great Yarmouth, club house on site with bingo and entertainment! Hosts communications were excellent, quick replies, wonderful family holidays spent here 3 years in a row

We liked the location and all it offers on the site.

Wasn't met on arrival. Had to look for electric meter as we had ran out if electric. Mugs were chipped and stained. No cleaning cloths and was left with a small amount of washing up liquid. Double bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable, bunk bed room smelt damp and had to buy air freshener. Single seater in sitting room was dirty and smelt stale sweat. Hoover was blocked up and had to clear it to use it and all surfaces were dusty. We left the place cleaner before we left. So all that was needed to do was cleaning bed sheets and cleaning of the bathroom. Hot water was very slow and waited for it to come hot through the taps. One tea towel and one hand towel was all that was supplied, so had to pay for towels.
