Le Chinook Chalet - Confort et Spa

We rented this chalet expecting comfortable accommodations for 10 people, but we were very disappointed. While the chalet claimed to sleep 10, two of the beds were actually couches meant for two couples. Unfortunately, these couches were so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep on them at all. The mattresses were so springy and unstable that it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. We ended up sleeping on the ground, which was far from what we anticipated for our vacation. The barbecue gas was empty when we arrived, and the two reserve tanks we found were also empty. This made it impossible for us to enjoy a barbecue as planned. Additionally, the spa experience was ruined when all of our swimsuits lost their color due to the excessive chemicals used in the water. When we contacted the chalet management to request extra mattresses or something more suitable to sleep on, no one answered the phone. We also emailed them and received a response saying they would contact the team, but we never heard back. This experience really put a damper on our trip, and we wouldn’t recommend this chalet to others.
