Large modern house with full facility.

One of the bunk beds is broken. Kids are scarred of the devil bugs.

This hotel is best hotel in our trip. It very good facilities, all kitchen equipment was prepared and cleaned . It very useful for prepared dinner and breakfast. It have heaters all the room and common room. Good bedroom and bathrooms. All staff could help us for everything just as pick up from the train station and any place we would like to go. We contact the staff by using message in booking.com. They reply rapidly.

Hotel is far from Hakuba station and it not in the same place to check in.

Super nice and have everything we need , good location near Happo-one ski ♥️

Location was convenient as we had a car to drive around. Parking just outside the house. Good size for 2 families with 4 adults and 6 kids. Provided towel change but no cleaning available. Staff were accommodating as one of the bunk beds had a crack and they provided us a futon mattress. Concierge service was good and helped us with restaurant bookings. Also was nice they came to check in on us during the earthquake while we were there.
