"Perfect family snow holiday home"

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful chalet! It was the perfect end to our 3 weeks touring Hokkaido. The house is well designed, has ample space for families, is comfortable and is well thought out having everything you need for a winter stay! We loved the stunning location, waking up to beautiful views each morning but only a short drive to the snow resort. We loved coming home each afternoon to a drying room, a comfy lounge, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms and toilets, the perfect set up for 2 families travelling together. Jules and YiChing are amazing hosts and we hope we can come back soon!

"A beautiful house and extremely helpful hosts"

Being away from the crowds and the beautiful view was wonderful. The hosts Julien and Yi Ching were extremely helpful. The house itself is also beautiful inside with everything we could need

Despite advice from the hosts we did find shopping for food a little difficult as it was over the new year period. In retrospect it would have been preferable to visit a large supermarket in Chitose or Kutchen prior to arriving.

"Exceptional"

The house was very clean, and the hosts were available 24/7 to help us out with anything we needed. They made our stay very comfortable, giving us a second set of keys (as we had two cars), unlimited hot water, and cooking utensils were fully equipped. There were additional linens and towels available in the house as well so that you can swap it yourself if you need to. The heating system is self controlled. Hence, we didn't have to touch the heaters much at all. It was all very much well done and we'll surely be back when we want to ride at Rusutsu!
