Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Guests will need to a bring fitted bedsheet, pillow cases and a duvet cover, pus towels and kitchen towels. Linen and towels may be ordered directly at at cost of GBP 40 for the master bedroom and GBP 20 for each twin room. Please note that at least 4 days notice is required for bed linen. This chalet works on an electricity yard which accepts GBP 1 coins. A complimentary parking space is included with the chalet.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Good value for money for overnight stop"

Nice, quiet location on a holiday park with entertainment facilities and a shop. Was ideal for a one night stay. Property was clean and had bedding and utensils so we did not need to bring anything with us.

I would have liked a later check out time but knew what it was before arriving so we had breakfast in Bridlington. Also the roads around the site are quite narrow when parking a vehicle so just be mindful of this.

"Exceptional"

Great location, close to clean safe beach. Walking distance to Brid. Good facilities on site. Great for small children. We had Great weather so outside all day. Comfortable beds.

Not having WiFi was not ideal and unusual in most accomodation We missed a ' visitors guide' which would have helped with the cooker. Booking.com info needs rewriting. The chalet does not have an electricity meter which was great ( booking.com advised we needed to take pound coins).

"Enjoyed some aspects of the stay, love the area."

The main bedroom with on suit was very good. the double mattress was exceptional comfortableWe love the area.

There are no smoke detectors, fire extinguisher or fire blanket. The single beds are very uncomfortable, springs sticking through. The property is up for sale, needing some TLC.

"Had a really good holiday twin grandsons were happy will definitely go again"

Chalet was a really good size very clean and site was well maintained friendly people

Beds weren't very comfortable needed to Google how to use hob showers could have been better
