A quite, relaxing place to stay. It was amazingly clean, spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi and sauna waz also amazing and we enjoyed our stay

Really private and peaceful. The owners were very accommodating and left lovely fresh flowers as it was our friend’s 60th birthday.

It’s quite dark inside but that’s expected as it is wood.

Stunning lodge in a beautiful location. Andie gave us a really warm welcome and a lovely bunch of fresh flowers on arrival which was a nice touch. The lodge has everything you need and the Scandinavian design is really quirky. The beds are truly the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The gardens are beautiful and the hot tub a brilliant added extra. We spent some time exploring the local area (which was really easy to do) but also had lots of time in the lodge relaxing , we really felt we could switch off. We would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to all!

Everything about our stay was marvellous. Gordon and Andie are delightful, present and go above and beyond. Perfectly situated, the lodge is comfortable and relaxing with some luxurious touches. We loved it and are certain to return. Thank you.

The lodge was even better than the pictures, it is so spacious and really relaxing plus nice and warm in winter! Everything you could need was in the kitchen and so we stayed in and cooked lovely meals. The hot tub and sauna are absolutely lovely and the view of the stars at night is incredible! Although we didn't get to meet the hosts they kept in touch and called us on the day of arrival to make sure everything was all OK, I definitely got the feeling that if we needed anything they would be easily contactable and genuinely cared about us having a great stay. When I read all the reviews before I booked I was hoping it would be great but our stay really exceeded our expectations!

The lodge is so lovely I almost didn't want to go out and enjoy the area!!

The log cabin is set in a peaceful and tranquil setting in the Scottish borders. The cabin is spotlessly clean and kitted out to the highest specification with everything that you could want or need for your stay. This is complemented with the hot tub on the decking for an added bonus. You are well looked after by the hosts, Gordon and Andie, who are only interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Loved it so much booked straight away for a return visit

Regret only booking for two nights !!
