Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft im Zentrum der Insel. Die Häuschen sind sehr schön gemacht, es gibt gratis Wasser und der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir freundlich in Empfang genommen und haben sogar ein paar Tipps bekommen, was wir uns auf der Insel anschauen können.

Achtung, das Betrifft nur die Unterkunft Tree House: Das Klo ist unterhalb des Hauses und man muss immer die Treppen runter laufen. Wir hatten außerdem ein Ameisenproblem im Klo und am letzten Tag sogar eine Kakerlake. Ansonsten hat man aber einen schönen Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon. Außerdem haben wir einen Roller gemietet, was sehr zu empfehlen ist, wenn man die Insel erkunden will. Dieser hat allerdings 45rm pro Tag und nicht für 2 Tage (wie wir anfangs dachten) gekostet. Das ist recht teuer für die Verhältnisse auf Langkawi, weshalb ich hier besser nach anderen Angeboten Ausschau halten würde. Nichts desto trotz eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, vor allem wenn man sich für eines der anderen Häuschen entscheidet.

De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig, het huisje was super schoon en leuk ingericht en het zwembad was een super toevoeging!

Die perfekte Unterkunft. Wahnsinnig schöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt, unglaublich gutes Essen (Ann kann nahezu alle Gerichte auch als vegetarische Alternative anbieten), toller Pool, WLAN und AC in allen Bungalows (selbst in dem Baumhaus, das wir buchten), Ruhe, kein Massentourismus, alles wirklich tiptop. Auto und Roller könnt ihr direkt vor Ort zum kleinen Preis anmieten.

Nichts! Wer das Haar in der Suppe sucht: in der Nacht bekommt man bisschen mit, wenn sich der/die Partnerin umdreht.

Chatka byla velmi prostorná s dostatkem místa na odkládání věcí, velmi prakticky zařízená. Bazén byl sice malý, ale na osvěžení naprosto postačil, čisté osušky byly vždy po ruce. Snídaně byly skvělé, večeře ještě lepší. Potěšilo nás, že byla vždy dostupná pitná voda (zdarma) i chlazené nápoje včetně piva za rozumnou cenu. Personál byl velmi ochotný a milý.

V koupelně jsme trochu bojovali s mravenci, ale nic hrozného. Chatky nejsou nijak izolované, takže jakmile se vypne klimatizace, teplota jde okamžitě prudce nahoru. Klimatizace fouká na postel, takže ji nelze provozovat přes noc. Kuchyně v místě funguje jen při předchozí domluvě, v okolí není jiná restaurace a do obchodu se docela projdete.

We had a fantastic stay! The stilted bungalow was beautiful — clean, cozy, and full of charm. The location is perfect if you’re looking to get away from the crowds; right in the middle of the island, it’s peaceful and quiet, yet still easy to explore from. We really appreciated the option to do laundry through the resort, and we were also able to rent a car at a very fair price, which made getting around super easy. We joined a few tours during our stay, and they were all well-organized and great fun. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful — it really made a difference in our experience. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
