Die Lage war super. Man konnte viel in der Nähe unternehmen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Ausstattung etwas zu erweitern. Zum Beispiel Handtuchharken im Badezimmer und in der Küche. Wir fanden es schade, dass keine Tiere beim Streichelzoo des Ferienparks zu sehen waren, aber das ist vielleicht auch der Saison geschuldet.

Die Waldlage... Super nette Dame an der Rezeption...

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Aber nach einer freundlichen Beschwerde, wurde ohne wenn und aber die Endreinigung sofort zurück erstattet!!!

Directly at the event start. Very close to beautiful Hondsrug. Very quiet at night. Clean.

No communication possible on the day of arrival, which was very stressful. No replies to mail, telephone nor via booking helpdesk. It also turned out that the central booking office had cancelled my reservation by mistake. The gents at the reception could fortunately fix it and gave us a free “chalet”. The chalet, which is more a trailer, feels cheap. Old sofa, un-cosy lights, plastic kitchen chairs. Bed linnen cost extra, no tea towel, one wc paper roll. Beds are short, matrasses thin and plastic lined.
